DMACC's National Crime Victims' Rights Week
National Crime Victims’ Rights Week 2025 dates are set.
For the week of April 8, 2025, join us across all DMACC locations to show support for survivors and victim advocacy providers, health providers, and justice workers alike in your community. This is an opportunity to step outside yourself and learn about or actively participate in helping victims of crime feel validated and backed by local neighbors, family, friends, crime officials/experts, health providers, and more.
You don’t have to be a victim of crime or know a victim of crime to lend a hand. If you’re someone who simply likes to learn more about how you can take action in preventing crime not only for yourself, but for others around you as well, then any event during National Crime Victims’ Rights Week 2025 at DMACC will surely leave you a more informed and better citizen than when you walk in.
2025 Theme and Schedule to be announced; please check back in to be notified when this amazing week of recognition and change will start!
With questions, contact NCVRW work study student Kierstin Trost, at kltrost@dmacc.edu or Criminal Justice Program chair Samantha O’Hara, sjohara@dmacc.edu.
