The Power Equipment Technology program, co-sponsored by DMACC and John Deere Dealership Partners - Van Wall Equipment and K.C. Nielsen Ltd - is designed to prepare students to be technically competent in the areas of electric systems, hydraulics, and powertrains on gasoline and diesel equipment. This includes residential and powersports, as well as commercial and light construction equipment. The program involves classroom lecture, laboratory experience and John Deere Dealership work-based training (internships).
