Iowa Cosmetologists are required to obtain 6 Hours of continuing education for each renewal period depending on the license level. Our courses are state approved and will satisfy all of your state required hour. In our Fall and Spring terms we offer a variety of courses broken down by differing topics and hour selections.
Note: For ONLINE Iowa Cosmetology Law & Sanitation course – PREREQUISITE: Must have basic computer skills and active email address.

School Bus Driver
All drivers MUST be pre-registered before the class is closed.
- Drivers can no longer “walk in.”
- All courses, both Face-to-Face and Annual Update, will close 2 business days prior to the class.
Drivers not on the attendance sheet provided to instructors will be turned away.
- Class on Monday: Must be enrolled by 4:00 pm Thursday
- Class on Tuesday: Must be enrolled by 4:00 pm Friday
- Class on Wednesday: Must be enrolled by 4:00 pm Monday
- Class on Thursday: Must be enrolled by 4:00 pm Tuesday
- Class on Friday: Must be enrolled by 4:00 pm Wednesday
- Class on Saturday: Must be enrolled by 4:00 pm Thursday
